- Building Permit - Please fill out the Universal Building Permit Application and mail to PO Box 176, Rock Springs, WI 53961 Universal Building Permit Form / Building Permit Ordinance
- ROW Permit Application- required for all companies who plan to do Right Of Way work within the Town of Freedom
- New Housing Permits are obtained through Dennis Butteris at General Engineering. To obtain a new residential building permit please contact: [email protected] or 608-617-1216
- All other building permits require a $35 fee and need Town Board approval prior to starting the project. Please provide a copy of your approved county building permit when sending in the building permit form and fee.
